Hi, I’m Cydell! I am a High Conflict Divorce Coach based in Colorado. I’m passionate about helping clients shift their perspective during divorce from negative to empowered. I believe the massive life change that is divorce is also an opportunity to overhaul your life and mindset, heal your wounds, and step into the next phase of your life as a divorced baddie!

Getting divorced can often feel lonely and isolating. It feels like people don’t understand what you’e going through unless they’ve been through it themselves. While I wouldn’t wish some of the things I’ve felt or been through on anyone, I get it. Having a support system by your side who has walked in your shoes (if they’re anything like my shoes, they’re 4 inch stilettos!), and has experience, as well as training based insight is an invaluable resource.

I’m excited to mainstream Divorce Coaching and bring you module based lessons and sessions you can complete at your own pace, when and where you’re ready, in addition to traditional coaching sessions. Accompanied by workbooks, journals, and calendars, you’ll be informed, confident and organized as you navigate the path of divorce.
